    In this episode I talk to Perry Power, who after writing the book – Breaking the Silence: Stories from Survivors of Sexual Abuse, based on his is own story and stories of others who had experienced similar trauma, Perry now helps others towrite books and creates film reels of their own very different life stories of trauma survival.

    What I love about the work Perry and Be Powerful media do,is, they give a voice to all these survivors of sometimes immense trauma, which helps them heal, but also, helps others out there hearing this story realise they are not alone too. Not staying in silence can help heal you and others!
