- Are tired of the frustrating pendulum swings between intense restriction and overeating that are the hallmarks of dieting
- Want to have a happier, healthier relationship with food and themselves
- Want to ditch never-ending ‘rules’ about how or what to eat and learn to listen for and honor their body’s internal (ie, forever) cues regarding hunger, fullness, satisfaction and more
- Are fed up with putting everyone else’s needs (kids, spouse, work, etc.) ahead of their own and are ready to prioritize their own self-care
- Are ready to stop battling their weight and start enhancing their wellbeing instead
