Namib Desert: It is home to the Namib Desert, one of the oldest deserts in the world, which stretches along the entire Atlantic coastline, famous for its towering sand dunes, some of which are over 300 meters high.

Economic Overview: Namibia has a mixed economy, heavily reliant on natural resources, particularly mining (diamonds, uranium, and gold), agriculture, and fishing. The country has one of the world's highest per capita income levels in Africa.

Eswatini, formerly known as Swaziland, is a landlocked kingdom located in Southern Africa, bordered by South Africa and Mozambique. It is one of the smallest countries on the continent, with a diverse climate and topography that ranges from mountainous regions to dry lowlands.

The nation is characterized by its absolute monarchy, currently ruled by King Mswati III since 1986, making it one of the last remaining absolute monarchies in the world.

Eswatini's economy is primarily based on agriculture and manufacturing, and it faces significant challenges such as high unemployment, poverty, and a severe HIV/AIDS epidemic, which has profoundly affected its population. Despite these issues, the country has made strides in economic growth and social development but continues to grapple with inequality and limited access to essential services

    The Firm

RB is a Swati indigenously owned Legal Firm. Since its formation, the firm has been involved in helping both the private and public sectors with wealth creation and improved delivery of public services by Governmental and Non Governmental organizations.

Further, the firm has contributed significantly to sustainable economic development through institutional and infrastructure development.

Robinson Bertram (hereinafter referred as “RB) was founded in the late 1800’s and was one of the first Law Firms in the country and has practiced since then in partnership. Originally known as Millin and Robinson, it has over the years changed its name as the partners have changed, most recently changing its name from Robinson Bertram and Currie to Robinson Bertram with P. W. Keyter, and finally to the present RB.

Although essentially in general private practice, RB has over the years specialized in the main areas of work as can be seen below, and in which areas it can boast of advanced practical knowledge and expertise.

The Firm was established to provide quality legal services and is specialized but not limited to Commercial Law, Conveyancing, Company Law, Competition Law, Labour Law, Notarial Practice, Family Law, Trade mark, Registration, Constitutional Law, Company Secretarial Services, Law of Contract Industrial Relations.
