包紅包是禮數嘛是傳統風俗，紅包的用途誠濟，意思嘛無相仝。過年分紅包是家家戶戶攏有的習慣，大人包予囡仔，序小包予序大，頭家包予辛勞，和政治人物嘛會出來分紅包予民眾。政治人物分紅包是足特殊的台灣現象，啥物時陣開始有？閣按怎改變？

Giving red envelopes is both a social etiquette and a traditional custom. Red envelopesv serve many purposes and have different meanings.
