About this listen
The explosive conclusion to the Guardians of the Apocalypse saga.
They’ve faced an apocalyptic virus. They’ve had to kill members of their own crew who turned into crazed, cannibalistic would-be zombies. They’ve battled pirates and idiot officers and started the evacuation of Honolulu. But now, Jonesy, Molly, Duke, and all that remains of the US Coast Guard may have bitten off more than they can chew, as they launch into the liberation of Pearl Harbor.

Story
BANGKOK, MARCH 2018. The world looked on in horror as millions of innocent lives were snuffed out in a matter of hours. Countless men, women and children slaughtered without mercy, torn apart by a violent mob that attacked without reason, motive or warning. Tom Freeman witnessed the aftermath. He reported on the tragedy and looked into the eyes of the sole survivor, an old friend, and what he saw looking back sent him running home to the United States. Back to safety. Back to a place where the world made sense, and the putrid stink of the dead didn't haunt his nightmares.

Story
As the first waves of injured bystanders, guardsmen, and rioters arrived at hospitals, it became apparent that a deadly new disease had been unleashed on the population. Whether the virus was naturally occurring or an escaped lab experiment, Cade hadn't a clue and wasn't especially concerned until he learned of its unprecedented virulence, unusual method of transference, and the fact that, according to the news, it brought the newly dead back to life, semi-mindless, and with an insatiable desire to feed on the flesh of the living.

Story
It was just a random mutation - one of a billion that happen in viruses every day. But this one was different. It exploded out of Somalia and spread across the oceans before anybody thought to look up from their cell phones to see what was going on. The infected breathed the virus into the air around them, spreading it through the cities faster than anyone thought possible. Hospitals were overwhelmed. Police lines crumbled. Quarantine sites disintegrated. Cities started to collapse.

Super entertaining!
Zombies of Infamy, the fourth book in the Guardians of the Apocalypse, is a fantastic addition to the series. The crew of Sass is at it again. Propelling us into a fast-paced, exciting, action-packed, and super entertaining zombie adventure. The unusual characters, witty dialogue, and humor are the best part, making the story even more engaging. I really enjoy how Jeff Thomson incorporates his personal experience into the world and character building. He definitely understands how to capture and hold his reader/listener's attention. I'm absolutely hooked!
Superb narration by Matthew Crow! He hones in on the characters, capturing the nuances of each personality, providing the listeners with the right amount of inflection. He literally brought the story to life. All in all, Zombies of Infamy was a fantastic zombie listen with a quality plot and narration. I'm definitely recommending this audiobook, as well as the entire series, Guardians of the Apocalypse.

Zombies everywhere!
I started the first book, not realizing it was a series! But after meeting the crew is the Sass, I couldn’t stop. I thoroughly enjoyed the adventure, hated the villains and loved the hero’s! Molly Gordon is a bad a$$!
It ends with the possibility of more shenanigans from the crew.

its just cheap
I really lost faith in this series since book 2 now with this one where the first 20 chs are just a repeat of the previous ch in the last book and later events in tge books where just overly done that they just be came repetitive to keep diffrent chacthers important.
in tge end I just lost faith in the series.
