Hew will never forget.

The broken body hanging from a tree in Texas Hill Country...the frozen figure huddled in a meat locker.... Only at second glance does the truth become apparent. What seems like suicide is far more sinister, and the terror is only beginning....

Never forgive...

One devastating moment changed Greer Templeton's life and ended two others. Now, with a body found on her property and Texas Ranger Tec Bragg on her doorstep, Greer's nightmare has returned. With each new victim, her link to Tec's case grows, and soon it will be too late to run.

And never let them live....

Greer hoped the past was behind her, but an obsessed killer has never forgotten the bond that unites them. One by one, he will track down his victims, finish what was started-and make Greer's dying wish come true....

LOVED this book!

I'm sad to be at the end of this trilogy. Each book was really great...well-written and interesting from beginning to end. I'd love to read a 4th book where all the rangers come together in one huge mystery. Thanks for a great listen!

Just OK

This is the third book in the series and hopefully the last. Mary Burton has written the same story in all three books. Sure she changes the villian's MO and back story, and the damsel in distress is slightly different each time, but it's basically the same story. Super lazy writing.

More Twists Than a Roller Coaster

Mary Burton weaves a good story of young teenagers who have all suffered tragedy and managed to meet at a recovery home and become close while there. The members of one pod swore to always stay in touch. Once all had left the facility, they managed to turn their lives around. As successful adults, none had crossed paths for a dozen years - or hadn’t they? Someone is killing the group members and the Texas Rangers are on the case!

I had this figured out midway through the story, but there were twists and turns that caused a bit of confusion!

With mystery, intrigue and a bit of romance thrown in, the story was enjoyable. There are a few annoying terms that don’t exist anymore like “secretary” and “waitress”, but these are easy to look past as the story unfolds.

Meh, it was ok

Enjoyed the first 2 books much more than this one. The story line was confusing in the beginning for me. I liked the twist in the end with the killer.
The love connection felt forced a bit u like the pair in the first 2 books. By my favorite but I’m still glad I listened.

Good series. Love carryover of characters.

Sometimes it was really hard to tell when one character’s thoughts ended and another began. I enjoyed the book, but struggled with names and who speaking when..

Good story

This is a good story, but a rushed ending takes away from everything that comes before . The new narrator is a great improvement, though.
