Do yourself a favor and listen to this one! This short story is everything wonderful! It starts with simple to-do lists and quickly turns into the unexpected. Unexpected meetings, unexpected attraction, unexpected connection, unexpected longstanding imprint on two people not looking for it. The circumstances are all wrong, but everything that matters is so incredibly RIGHT! I have already listened a few times.

I first listened to this as the bonus material with One Night Stand-in, but have since downloaded the novella and keep it downloaded for when I need something short, sweet, and perfect! Some of my favorite narrators deliver excellent performances that pull you into this story in a way that you cannot experience outside of Audible. It's short, but it doesn't feel like only part of a story. I would love to get more snippets of this couple - and knowing Lauren Blakely we will as this series continues (hope-hope-hope).

I loved this sweet and whimsical romance! Your French Kisses is the closing novella in the Boyfriend Material series. This is about Reid, Lucas' friend and business partner, and Marley, the woman who captured his heart, one perfect afternoon, three years ago in Paris. They went their separate ways, never forgetting the other, and always wondering if their path's would cross again. Shane East and Erin Mallon narrate this truly romantic, serendipitous tale of two people who are absolutely destined to be together! They really did an amazing job of capturing the magic of this enchanting romance!

Keep listening at the end for a special bonus novella, Too Good to be True! Lauren Blakely revisits her 'One Love' series world to give Olivia, Flynn's sister from his book, Come As You Are, her HEA. Olivia and Herb are having a hard time finding someone to love after they had their hearts broken. With the help of a mutual friend, they have the best first date ever, and beyond. Joe Arden and Andi Arndt narrate this fun & flirty romance. Their comedic timing is perfect and they easily handle Blakely's quick and witty banter, making this sizzling romance even more delightful!

I usually avoid short stories and novellas. I prefer more. Most novellas leave me feeling like something is missing, like the story was rushed, like it was artificially cut short.
I was pleasantly surprised by these. Shorts are a different art form than full length novels. Not everyone can do them well, but Lauren has! I thoroughly enjoyed both these stories.

Everything Lauren Blakely does is gold! Both of these novellas were spectacular. Short and sweet and full of hope, trust and love. I absolutely adoredYour French Kisses”! What a beautiful story.
And all four of the narrators were fabulous. They are seriously the best in the biz! No matter how the four of them team up, Shane, Erin, Andi and Joe are magic and such a treat for your ears. They make every story better!

What a great novella about love at first sight but not meant to be at the time but the fated love finds each other once again. True love that was destined to be.

Reid and Marley are such a great love story with their beginning set in Paris though he is from England and she from the US they fall for each other in the city of love but timing isn't on their side. Years later fate puts them back together to find their HEA.

Shane and Erin are fantastic. I love listening to them. We also have a bonus novella at the end with Joe and Andi giving us another love story.

Great listen.

Both stories are on the short side so there isn’t much time for lot and character development.
We do have two likable couples and wonderful narrators. Well worth the time!
