A great tool to maximise results
This is an amazing tool to maximise fitness results and support fitness training routines. I'm not yet 45 but definitely feel like my body responds differently to exercise as I move closer to 40. I've seen so many people get injured through insisting on training the same way they have been doing since they were 20. I'm really glad I added this listen to my library and will be going back to learn each movement separately, to ensure I don't get injured and keep training for decades to come.

Great guide for staying fit at any age!
Author Bryant Willis does a great job of explaining the changes in our bodies when we're no longer the young pups we once were, and how we need to adapt our fitness regimen to compensate. It's still possible to have the fit body you want well into our senior years, we just need to know what changes to make to adapt. This is a fantastic guide with excellent narration by Jason Belvill and a must-have for anyone who is determined to not let age slow them down!

Get fit in the 40's!
Getting fit and staying in a good shape in the 40s and beyond could be critical and challenging due to the hormone change and body clock that starts to simply go down with aging, but everyone can still make it and keep the standards high by following some steps that I have learned in this book such as dealing with back pain and other problems that most people have on their 40s, tips on how to enhance and improve your muscles gain, the right way to use supplements and more, This book is informative and well written, I personally enjoyed it.

Amazing fitness guide
This book is a treasure trove of health and fitness secrets for anyone over 45. The information has been put together in an easy-to-understand order to apply what's being said right away, and there isn't any guessing about which exercises or diet tips would be best! The author does a great job explaining the physiological processes that happen over time so that anyone can understand them! My favourite part was staying motivated because this seems like such a crucial factor when getting into great shape both mentally and emotionally. I can't wait to implement what I learned here.
