Very informative and heartfelt. I related to many things in thr book but it was still nice to hear new methods of futther ones development. All creatibg a book that is enjoyable and can serve as a solid reference.

I found this to be very insightful and emotional. The only disappointment I have is that there is a “quiz” discussed in the book to determine your main medium traits, but with audiobook we have no access to that!

The narrator over enunciates which is kinda distracting but the content makes up for it. By slowing down the speed of the reader, JUST A TAD, the over enunciation didn't seem to bother me as much. I really enjoyed this book and will likely listen to it many times.

so boring, its like watching paint dry. I usually enjoy listening to books about mediums. it was so bad I couldn't finish listening.

Not only that the book is not helpful It almost sounds like it's a completely fake book it's Not a book that would guide you to learning more.
