I love it
I do practice yoga daily, and was looking for precise instructions on pranayama. I know Mr. Freeman's other books seen videos interviews with him. His language is rich, precise, descriptive and intuitive. He masters words so that one can arrive to the conclusion he was about to make using many descriptive metaphors to help to get to a mental state.

Amazing guided meditation
His voice is so soothing, can easily sooth u into the meditation state and also get you to understand the breath more than ever
