Miguel is a Nashville police officer investigating a missing person with his partner. The victims car is found but the police garage is full, and the car is temporarily stored in Sam’s garage. This begins the mystery of the victim and the relationship between Miguel and Sam. This is a great audiobook with so many characters that make you laugh even though the subject is serious.

This story was excellent - I loved hearing Sam's happily ever after. The mystery component just added to this compelling romance. I enjoyed the side characters almost as much as the leading men.

This was a fun listen. I was sad for Sam in the first so I was glad he got his own story. This does deal with some heavy topics but in a light but good way. I really enjoyed the build up of the relationship and the side characters. Narration was done very well and made it an entertaining listen.

This was the first audio done by Dan Levy, and I was genuinely impressed with the smooth tone of his voice, and his switch to the gruffness of Sam’s voice had me swooning for his time to talk. Even with the multiple characters, Levy never faulted his performance.

I loved the mystery and suspense of this story! The dynamic between Miguel and his partner, Donna, was enjoyable, with their playful banter as if they were siblings rather than partners. But, Miguel and Sam stole the entire show with their slow-paced, building of a genuine relationship.

I enjoyed this story. The storyline was easy to follow and the characters are interesting. I liked the way the story flows and how the characters engage with each other. This was a great listen with lovely characters. The narration was great.

I worried the murder mystery plot would take away from the romance but all it did was add more more more. I really liked this book! the smut was great and there where a couple closed door moments that's where perfectly placed. Ty the MMCs best friend was a wonderful addition to the book! my favorite chapters are between him and the MMCs. super funny and had great hurt comfort and PTSD rep.

I love that Sam got his own story. It was great that it was with a sexy cop, an intriguing mystery and a good HEA. This story was good when I read it but it was even better with audiobook. I really enjoyed it.

Sam and Miguel find each other by chance. Sam runs the auto shop when a case brings the police to his shop he meets Miguel. Miguel is one of the officers assigned to the case. This book is filled with romance and suspense. Sam and Miguel try and find a way to be together through the ups and down of Miguel job.

I enjoyed this book. I liked both Miguel and Sam. The chemistry between them was felt on both sides. The story was also suspenseful as police officer Miguel and his partner are trying to solve the mystery of a missing woman's murder. Sam owned the car lot/mechanic shop where the woman's vehicle was taken. And it's where he first met a smiling Miguel. The pacing of their budding relationship felt good for the circumstances. I was looking forward to seeing how it would all play out.

I listened to this audiobook narrated by Dan Levy. He did a good job with the different voices. My favorite voice he did was actually a minor male character- which almost made me sad because it was a good voice to not hear much of lol (I won't specify who in case it's considered a minor spoiler)
