The best Anger management tool

This is a book that I have suggested several times, and I will continue to do so. I believe that absolutely everyone ought to hear it. I, like with a great number of other people, didn't believe I had an anger management issue. At its root, any negative emotion, such as pain, humiliation, betrayal, impatience, aggravation, etc., may be summed up as anger. In our lives, we may all benefit from experiencing fewer negative emotions and more pleasant ones. If you pay attention to what is being said and internalise it, I guarantee that you will be successful in both areas.

Helpful Book with an Unsual Title

I didn't really understand the title, but I was intrigued. I'm glad I gave it a listen because this book is already helping me with a member of my family/friends circle who has a lot of anger. Chapters 3-7, and the bonus at the end are really useful because there's a variety of tips that I can easily reference when I want to try out new skills to hopefully, encourage a more mature relationship. It's an interesting book, too, because I found it to be both an anger management book to help with one's own anger management issues and a book on dealing with people who manipulate.

Deal with different types of anger

I've always recognized anger as the feeling of heat in my face, an increased heartrate, muscle tension and impenetrable irritability. I enjoyed learning a bit more about anger - the different types and the triggers. I feel like now I can slow down and recognize when I am getting angry. It helped knowing that anger can be healthy. The author provides techniques to cope with anger, deep breathing techniques and CBT strategies. I didn't know that there was so much to anger.
