Philosophical

The concepts within are more philosophical than psychological. Not so much on growth mindset and Grit. Simple concepts.

Well done

So I guess I need to finish the book in order to gain the willpower needed to finish the book. But all jokes aside, this book has helped me. I have gained some motivation and consistency with my exercise regime. I recommend this book.

Where are these high reviews coming from??

My man got a creepy voice. Gives the book a strange /other worldly vibe. I felt like I was listing to an episode of Creepy Pasta on utube. Some good info but money better spent elsewhere. A solid 3 out of 5. Next.

A Practical Book with Helpful Tips and Tricks

I recommend this book to all readers looking to understand the mind-body connection and how to negotiate the landscape of mindsets and self-discipline in a person's life. Honest self reflection and practice are key, however, in order to bring about a growth mindset with renewed energy for a self-disciplined life! This book will get you to your destination!!
