Best Scottish Romance I've Read in Years! An arranged marriage that develops into an estranged one. Years later the wife wants a real marriage and returns to Scotland to live with her husband. Sparks fly and their attraction can't be ignored.

This story was ok. Not great but just okay. I was not a fan of the flashback and flash forward parts in the beginning. A little more excitement could have been added to that plot.

I thought the female voices could be better, but overall I enjoyed the narration. The story was entertaining and intriguing.

The narrator is just as important as the author for me in audio book so when I find a great combination, I'm hooked! This is a story where you really see the characters grow and mature before they find happiness. I liked how the lead evolved from a spoiled brat to a thoughtful woman. This is Highland Grooms, Book 1. Looking forward to Book 2!

This is my favorite Julia London book!! I loved everything about it!! Narrator excellent as always!! Surely a “must read”. You will not be disappointed!!

Wonderful story! I loved the interaction with all of the characters. Griselda was hilarious! This author knows how to use a few words to take a scene from mere descriptive to picturesque! The words "Dusting her hands off" left me in stitches...I could absolutely see what was happening! I'm on my second "listen" to this series and it will undoubtedly lead to many more! Derek Perkins does a masterful job with vocalizing each character and truly brings this delightful story to life! Kudos!
