I wish I had this resource when I was younger. This book has changed my relationship with my cycle, and with myslef. I am kinder and more patient with my self now. The book explains and encourages to practice menstrual cycle awareness which is the basis for radical self- care.
It is read by the authors - I could listen to them for hours. The voice is very pleasant and the content is extremely relevant to all women who are looking to tune in with their wild power.

The amount of insight and guidance offered in this book would have been a game changer for me as a young woman. It is so important to not only learn about, but embrace this powerful cycle. Ten out of ten would recommend not just for menstruating people, but also the spouse, family etc of menstruating people.
