Working through the unimaginable

Somethings in life are so devastatingly terrible, one must look to others for help and assistance. This book bundle has such feeling of hope, at least the author is showing us that there is hope to someday feel better. For me, some of the most important ideas I took away from the book include the chapter on shame, and how the family should not feel any sort of shame over the tragedy.

I also though the author did a good job emphasizing the little things that would only help, such as reducing stress and finding loving support from outside the family. This is a tremendous resource for anyone who finds themselves in this situation.
