They were my bullies once.
Three boys I hated more than anything.
They made my life hell for a year - until I escaped their cruelty when my dad's job moved us away.
I've never forgotten them though. Never forgotten what they did. And I know they haven't forgotten me.
But when I'm offered a full-ride scholarship to the prestigious Clearwater University, I refuse to let old fears stop me from accepting.
Because I'm not the girl I used to be.
I'm stronger. Tougher.
Angrier.
And if West, Reese, and Trent think they can fuck with me again...well.
We'll just see who breaks first.
This is book one of the Clearwater University series, a new adult reverse harem bully romance. It contains foul language and sexual situations.

I found that she took a lot of bulling without clearing up the air... which could have been done... so the bulling continued. Also, she knows quite a lot for a virgin. That was unbelievable.
The way the boys thought was a bit too naive in the sense that they always concluded the wrong things about someone they liked.
Anyhow, the story is entertaining and I do look forward to the next part!
I hope this doesn't end with everyone forgiving and forgetting... especially with her caving in. I like to see a strong women come out of this, if possible.
I want to see her kick a few balls!!! They deserve it. ;)
Enjoy!
Lots of bullying but not enough retaliation...

I literally devoured this listen and already purchased the next books in the series in audiobook and paperback. I think I found a new author to obsess over!
Loved the narrators!! So easy to listen to and they did a fantastic job.
This is told from multiple POV.
The chapters for West, Trent, and Reece are all narrated by Gregory Silanas and Leah Voysey narrates the chapters for Emma.
Awesome Reverse Harem!!

The voices are Great:
The Female Voice reminds me of Mila Kunis, and it fits her perfectly!
And the Male voice reminds me of Spike from Cowboy Bebop, and his voice is simply gorgeous!

**SPOILERS**
So the basis of the whole bullying is based on the unfounded notion that the MC, Emma, supposedly sent an anonymous note to Trent’s father that his wife was having an affair, and Trent blames Emma for his parents divorce. First, the depths that the 3 guys go to to make Emma “pay” for what she’s supposed to have done is lunacy. These are supposed to be high school and college aged young adults. The boys are painted as no more than toddlers in their ability to process adult situations and emotions. And really? Who ever blames their friend for their mom cheating (or even telling if she had actually done that) on anyone but their mom? Are we in a world where adults aren’t responsible for their own actions, especially parents?
Second, it’s revealed that the man the affair was with was Emma’s father, and Emma introduced the parents to each other. Trent then blames Emma for the affair and divorce, going so far as to think that she did it so she could get a new mom since hers is dead. How in the world anyone would ever blame a kid for introducing her parent to another parent is just ridiculous. And what person would think their friend introducing their parents would ever equal getting a new mommy? Seriously?
Last, the fact that the kids keep all of this from their parents is laughable. The level of bullying that Emma was subject to in HS would never go unnoticed by teachers (especially when they changed all of the stock photos on the school website to be of Emma in compromising positions, can we say distribution of child pornography?) it makes this whole story some sort of weird world where adults are oblivious to anything happening with their own children to a fantastical extreme.
I hate to say all negative things, so I will say the book has a kick ass title and a hell-of a cover. But maybe buy the print version if that suckers you in as at least you’ll have something too look at.
I feel like this could have been a good book, and maybe it gets better over the next two books, but I wouldn’t be finding out.
Promising title, Disappointing Strory
