About this listen

I will ruin her.

You know that old saying “opposites attract” - well, no one ever tells you what happens after the attraction part.

Do opposites stick together forever? Or do they just self-combust?

And then there’s the third option: Someone or something forces them apart.

Look, the third option isn’t happening to us. I will end the bastard who thinks he can keep me from her. I only need to worry about one thing....

Epic, soul-crushing self-destruction. Because I screw up everything I touch. Even her.

Wherever You Are is book two in the Bad Reputation Duet and should be listened to after book one, Whatever It Takes.

Left me feeling so hopeful

I'm so depressed right now, whew.

This book was everything. I laughed, I cried, I smiled, I wanted to die a little. But ultimately, it left me feeling so hopeful.

There will never be another couple so perfect for each other. Willow and Garrison shouldn't make sense, but they fit so well. They complete each other in such a beautiful way. They're patient with each other, they support one another. They were two lost people who happened to find each other exactly when they needed someone.

I won't say much about the plot. You don't have to ready any of KB's other series to read this, but you do need to read book 1 of this duet. WYA picks up right after WIT left off. Garrison is in a really bad place emotional and mentally. Willow is trying to navigate college, her long distance relationship with Garrison, and keep her friendships alive.

Like I said, the romance is amazing. This is KBs sweetest and softest couple ever, and I very much doubt they'll write another couple like this soon. But beyond the romance, the sibling relationship between Willow, Lo, and Ryke was amazing. Each relationship was different, but no less special.

Daisy and Willow are my favorite friendship ever. They are so cute, I'd take an entire book just based on their friendship. Also, seeing Garrison slowly get closer to Connor, Ryke, and Loren was beautiful. Seeing him accept the fact that he does deserve respect and love and kindness brought tears to my eyes.

I wouldn't change one thing about this book. I have an epic book hangover right now. I literally finished the book not one hour ago. I have no idea what I'm going to do with the rest of my day.

Gillow's HEA

This is Garrison and Willow's much-awaited sequel and I'm so glad we finally get their happy ever after! These two have been through so much and deserve all the love and happiness they can get. They are two precious souls and I'm so happy Krista & Becca Ritchie gave us their story in 2020. We went through so many ups and downs with this couple in this duet and I'm just smiling over the lovely epilogue! I will always love being back in the Addicted world, with the Hales, Cobalts, Meadows, and Abbeys. KBR has written a fantastic cast of characters I will never forget!

I Loved It!

This was almost perfection. It was so good I almost want to change my rating for the first books. And the way this works as a duology/duet is just fantastic.

Garrison still has my heart. I just want to hug and protect him. And I did get more of his relationship with Lo and Connor. I just live for those scenes. Oh, and him with Moffy was adorable. Willow is equally amazing. She is so easy to like and connect with.

The romance was so well done. Garrison and Willow grow together-as friends and lovers. They also support each other even when they have their own shit to deal with.

I’m so glad Garrison and Willow finally got their own story. I hope lots of people read them and love my babies, too.

Another Moving Story from the Ritchies!

I adore every book by these authors, but this duet was a wonderful compilation of all the previous books in the Calloway sisters series. Getting to see all of the previous scenes told from a new perspective was so fun, and really gave depth to the stories. The inside jokes, and pop culture references, always make me smile.

The characters moved extremely slow and really focused on consent and even asexuality being a normal and beautiful thing. But, because they went back-and-forth in time, it didn’t feel slow at all. It was amazing to see the character growth in such stark contrast. The ending was so beautiful I cried.

Good for young people

Good for young people. I was looking for someone like the After series. This is cute, but young.

Gahhh!!!

Garrison will forever break my heart. His backstory is so painful and heartbreaking and it’s given to you in bits and pieces through this whole duet. I love watching his relationship with Lo and how being around them and becoming family, even while Willow was away was such an important and impactful part of his life.

I will forever love Garrison and Willow for all they’ve had to endure and overcome to get to their HEA. In this book the flashbacks kind of bring us full circle to the beginning of the “Present” in book 1 and I loved the way that was done. Knowing that they do make it. And then of course, we get a tiny flash forward and that just put a huge smile on my face.

I loved the narration. Both narrators really are perfect for Garrison and Willow and help bring the story to life.

Love, love, LOVE

If you are like me, an avid fan of the KBR Universe, and have been reading the stories of the core 6 for years and years, then you understand why the story of Garrison and Willow is so important. I remember reading their story on the girl's website back when it was just a web series. The love grown throughout years of two troubled teens is something that I will always be a sucker for. This was a perfect ending for an even more perfect couple! Thank goodness Garrison and Willow are mentioned in the Like Us series so I don't have to miss them too much. Thank you so much Krista and Becca for writing these books!

Don't start here

You'll want to get through the Addicted/Calloway series then the first one of the duet before this one. They are not stand alone and this one gives us the rest of Willow and Garrison's story. They are smaller characters who made a big impact and ended up being bigger than we could have imagined. Narration continues to be done well.
