Publisher's summary

After a harrowing escape from two thug wannabes and the casino controlling Florida Mafia last year, Nick Dawson and Brad Radcliffe were able to locate the Nuestra Senora de la Concepcion of the 1715 Spanish Treasure Fleet. Now they are being commissioned to do it again.

A former New York City investment advisor regales them with an old sea story from his father, and tangible proof of his claim. It seems the tag-along French vessel, Griffon, survived the massive 1715 hurricane and, after doing so, seemed to have changed its mission. While returning to Havana for repairs Captain d’Aire dropped treasure in four locations throughout the Florida Keys, leaving clues from one to the next.

Brad and Nick initiate their search, but the real trouble starts when Nick and his buddies realize the Florida Mafia has not forgiven nor forgotten their little skirmish from last year. Brad and Nick summon help from their friends, Josh Baker and Eddie Debord to locate the treasure but while digging with one hand, the team finds themselves in a non-stop battle to fend off bad guys with the other.

With a full cast of interesting characters, it’s a gripping sea story of adventure, greed, vengeance, and desperation! The treasure hunters want the Queens Dowry while their new friend is looking for vengeance for the death of his father. The mob just wants them all dead.

Be careful wishing for big adventures.... One may find you....

Worst Audible book ever.

Worst audible by far. The narrator spoke in a monotone throughout. Twangy annoying accent. Mispronunciation of several of the town names like Bahia Honda. Story line just went on and on. Make it stop. Book appears to cater to 10 year olds. Vocabulary selection was frequently odd use of certain words. Character name selection was childish, such as Buck Naked
