Empowered vs Overpowering

While in the beginning I felt that this book had some relevant information, by the end I had the feeling that it had turned to a "women rule the world" type of read and felt that it was a bit too overpowering. While I agree that women need to make their way in the work place, I am not one who believes that women need to overtake the workplace. I have worked for an organization which happens to have a vast majority of its executive team being females, so maybe I have a different perspective than others in the workforce. Overall there are some good things to learn from this.
