Great audiobook on this topic
I am a physician and have been recommending this audiobook to students and patients, so they can understand neuroanatomy a bit better. I also have been helping patients experience The Basic Exercise, clearly delineated in the audiobook, and helping about 50% of the time with patients' anxiety.
