Misleading title
This book... sometimes post-doctoral writing, sometimes 5 th grade, repeats itself over and over and is mostly an ad for getting a vagu nerve implant. Don’t bother.

only one chapter that offers practical advice for the average reader. the rest of the book is a bunch of scientific and medical jargon that will fly right over the average person's head. not what I was expecting, as I was expecting more practices I can incorporate into my daily routines to help me feel healthier.
