Super Helpful
I just finished "Understanding Bipolar Disorder" by Callie Parker and honestly, it was super helpful and not at all like some dry textbook. I really appreciated how she broke down the difference between Bipolar I and II in a way that actually made sense, and the tips for spotting those early warning signs felt really practical, like somethin' you could actually use in real life. If you're lookin' for a clear and compassionate guide to understanding bipolar, this is defo worth checkin' out.
