Great tool
Teaches all the basics needed to be known! I enjoyed being able to go back and listen to what I needed to but on the down side I didn’t like how when 100 questions were asked the answer was given while reading them. The answer should be held until the end of the question.

Any additional comments?
A very good introduction that will make you feel comfortable with Real Estate but you will need to supplement it with other options. Don't expect to pass your test with this alone.

Very pleased with this study guide!!!
Throughout this course, strong attention was paid to the law and ethical aspects of real estate, which became very important when sitting for the exam. Though many of the scenarios presented seemed like common sense, I thought it was paramount that this much attention was paid to this portion of the exam because maintaining your license requires a continued understanding of the ethical standards in the business. Being exposed to the different scenarios and anecdotes that this course offered helped immensely in comprehending the many right and wrong ways to handle all types of scenarios in this occupation. Also woven within these scenarios and anecdotes, are instances when the narrator points to situations and branches within this career that will require more studying and more exams. These moments were essential when deciding what direction to head when pursuing a career in real estate. Understanding the different requirements for different licensures and the different types of property sales, was fundamental when managing my studying. In providing this information throughout, this course understood and moreover, explicated the process of deciding what track I wanted to choose in becoming a part of this profession based on my needs, as well as my location, and the type of property that I would be selling and representing.
Like a lot of other test-prep material available on the market, this course also provided a practice exam at the end of the course which helped to get me accustomed to how the actual exam would look on test day. However, unique to this course was the quizzes at the end of each section; though the quizzes themselves at the end of each chapter may not be unique to study material, the way that the audio is accompanied with the follow-along manual was a more comprehensive way to check your progress at the end of each section. Because the questions on these quizzes were read to me as well as written in the manual, checking what I had learned from each chapter could be done while driving to work, working out, or sitting at my desk with the written material. Utilizing both the audio and the written forms of these end-of-section quizzes made it easy to study whenever and wherever I wanted.
Above all else, this course effectively introduced me to the profession of real estate while also preparing me for the actual state exam. In introducing me to the profession, this course offered me something that I thought I would only find exclusively in a classroom-type setting. Because this course offers both the audio and the visual components of the material, I was able to not only retain the information better, but I was also able to guide my studying much more efficiently; being able to establish early in my studying process what test I would be preparing for helped me to be much more focused. This synthesis of audio and visual material was a great way to create a classroom-like study environment, and also helped me to find the time to study with a busy schedule. Having both flexibility and structure with this course was key to my success in taking the real estate license exam.

A refreshing approach...
When getting prepared to take the real estate license exam, AudioLearn’s U.S. Real Estate License Exam course offered a refreshing approach to getting equipped to take this challenging test. What sets this course apart from the rest is its fusion between the audio and the visual components of study material. In combing these two mediums, this particular course is able to simulate a structured classroom setting for studying, from the comfort of your own home. Having this sort of flexibility with the study material for this course was essential when establishing how I wanted to prepare for this exam.
Perhaps one of this course’s best features is the way it began; aside from explaining to the student what will be required to sit for their state exam, this course immediately considered common misconceptions about the real estate profession as well as pitfalls that many students would encounter when beginning to get ready for such a lengthy exam. Additionally, this material offered several tips about taking the actual exam and explained the different types of licensure that would be needed for the different branches of the real estate profession. Beginning this way established early-on that this course’s study approach was not only meant to help me efficiently prepare for the exam but was also designed to help guide me through the industry and helped me to understand exactly what branch of real estate I wanted to pursue as a career.

Very good study guide for real estate exam
This is an excellent study guide for the real estate exam. I started this book while I was taking the real estate class and there were some classes where I already knew the information because I had already listened to this audible book version. I have not taken the exam yet and believe that this book will help me pass the exam. I am very happy I bought this book as additional study material to what I was given in my class.

Audio needs to be fixed
3/4 of the way to the end, all the answers are being read inline, so if the answer is ‘a’ you will know the correct answer is ‘a’ before you hear any other possible answers. Every single question was like this after a certain point. Good content, just very distracting towards the end.shoukd be easy to correct.
