Publisher's summary

“You don’t belong.”

No words whispered in anger have ever rung more true.

They’re the Kings of Brayshaw with the world at their feet, destined for greatness and in need of control. I’m the girl from the ghetto with nothing to offer and as defiant as they come.

They say it doesn’t matter, that I’m one of them now, and nothing could ever change that. Not even me, should I dare try.

But they’re wrong.
They underestimate how far I’ll go to protect them.

Trouble is coming...and they have no idea.

Trouble at Brayshaw High is the the highly anticipated follow-up to Boys of Brayshaw High, and should be heard only after having listened to book one.

So many answers but so many questions

This book picks up right where we left off in the first book and let me tell you this book is even more intense than book one! The dynamics of Raven, Maddoc, Royce and Captain is explosive and I loved every minute of it.

We get new details that had my mouth hanging open as well as answers to some of my questions. New players are introduced that had me puzzled with how they fit in this story and I knew they wouldn’t be wrapped up in the book because there’s so much deception and manipulation going on!

Ms. Brandy did a phenomenal job keeping me on the edge of my seat with this book and I was eagerly looking forward to the conclusion of Raven and Maddoc’s story.

Woah

Dayem! There's a lot going on in this one, plotwise. Get ready to feel betrayed, disgusted, angered and confused. Need to finish the next.

😍😍😍

If I wasn’t obsessed and in love with this series enough, this audio just brought it to a whole new level. I don’t even like audio books typically but this series is a must have on all platforms. The narrators did an amazing job bringing the characters to life.

Holy INTENSE Batman!

This book. These characters. This narration! I’d pay full price time and time again for this.

Loved this book so much! Meagan is a GENIUS!! Getting to know the guys better made this book ten times better.

The fact that Raven opens up to them so much in the book is truly showing her growth as a person. She’s becoming more trusting and seeing things and life differently. Love her drive to protect her boys!

My head is spinning

If you're like me and tead the first book before this book was released and you try to jump right in without some refresher of the story, be prepared to be a little confused at first. Unless you recall how the first book ended. I must have forgotten what the cliffhanger was.

Anyway... more of the same alpha Hero and fierce, feisty heroine and lots of twists and turns about the whole Brayshaw way of life. Definitely entertaining, but I need to know their stoey is reaolved by the end of the third book or I'm gonna be frustrated.

These boys are 🔥🔥🔥

Welp. It’s official...Meagan Brandy doesn’t just have one 5 star book in her. This series is 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

Raven and Maddoc are 💣
But it doesn’t just stop at Maddoc all 3 boys have got our girl. It’s intense. It’s bold. You MIGHT throw your book a few times... but trust that our girl Meghan has our backs too.

Story 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Better in audio

Raven is a Brayshaw Girl. The first. Then she betrays them and goes to their enemy. She may have her reasons but will they figure out that she's still protecting them? And when secrets start coming to light, will it even matter?

This book/series is entertaining even if it is frustrating. These characters create so much unnecessary drama. They thrive on drama. Normal conversations are just not a part of their day. Sharing, using words instead of their fists or simply glaring just doesn't happen. Trust still doesn't exist. Raven still won't accept her feelings and take a chance. Her view that love is a weakness is beyond annoying. How can a girl pretend that she is tough but is scared to let down her walls?

I still believe that this book is better as an audiobook. Stephen Dexter and Jillian Macie continue to give strong performances as the characters. They capture each aspect wonderfully.

The secrets that were revealed were surprises. I'm not sure yet what the information is leading to because their best-laid plans have gone astray. Again. Maybe the Brayshaw men need to stop planning the lives of the women! Despite the reveals not as much happened in this book as I would have liked. No emotional growth, plans but no action, and little story progress. Still, I am all in. I look forward to more in book 3.
