I’m a grand mom now but find myself having the same reactions as when I was patenting...it hurt my heart then and it still does...I have guilt as well but realize “change” is possible thanks be to God and now your book...my 30yr daughter has triggers too so we are getting the workbook to do together. It was tough to hear some hard truths in many of the stories.. I could see myself and the PROBLEMS I cause from my unhealthy reactions to triggers. I am more confident now, in knowing I am not alone in this struggle.
now I know it's possible to make the changes in my own life and in my parenting!

Hey, I really like this book. It’s super helpful. Get it. But I had already purchased it and was at chapter 11. But audible made me purchase it again to listen. It was a much reduced price the second time but I have a hard time buying something that I’ve already bought.

Inspired words. There are no easy answers but this book inspires us to press on and be the parents that He would have us to be. i will reread and share this amazing book as I am on my journey to respond to my children with Gods love not my anger
