Loved it!

I found this meditation to be user friendly for the beginning meditator as well as a great reminder for the well versed among us. I really like the tone and pace of the voice...and the guided visuals were perfect!

I would definitely recommend it. Buy, push play and enjoy the positive ripple 😊

Deeply relaxing meditation

I wasn't sure about listening to a meditation without music but this has become one of my favorites. I actually feel that I become more relaxed with this one compared with other meditations and feel recharged afterwards.

Yes, I would recommend this audiobook to a friend because it is a wonderful way to slow down from the fast paced life we all live and to really come in contact with your inner self and relax and experience joy

effective and calming approach to yoga nidra

Truth be known I never could finish the first few tries of this meditation without falling asleep as it was so supremely comforting and calming. I appreciated this subtle but effective approach to abundance. it's a much more holistic view of the concept of abundance without excessive focus on consumerism or materialism.
