About this listen

From USA Today best-selling authors Kimberly Knight and Rachel Lyn Adams comes an MM enemies-to-lovers sports romance with first times and secret hook-ups that will leave you begging for more. And good thing, since Traded is the first audiobook in a duet, and the story concludes in Outed.

Aron Parker is one of the best players in professional baseball. Following in his father’s footsteps, his entire life revolves around the game. Opponents call him cocky, and they aren’t wrong, but no one knows the driving force behind his arrogance.

Until he has to play nice with his enemy.

Drew Rockland is the epitome of calm and collected on the mound. As a veteran player, he knows what it takes to pitch under pressure while keeping his emotions in check.

Until he faces Aron and loses his cool.

Aron’s showboating and Drew’s old-school ballplayer demeanor instantly put them at odds resulting in an all-out brawl on the field and a suspension. After the fight, all should have been forgotten, but an unexpected trade places them on the same team…and in the same apartment.

Off the field, there is no one to pull them apart...

But maybe they prefer it that way.

CLIFFHANGER END - BUY BOOK #2 "OUTED"

The relationship between the two main characters, Aaron & Drew (two seemingly straight baseball players) goes from zero to sixty in a flash. Huge cliffhanger at the end which is apparently resolved in book #2 "Outed", so be prepared to buy both books. Overall a good read.

MM Enemies To Lovers Sports Romance

Traded by Kimberly Knight and Rachel Lyn Adams is a MM enemies to lovers sports romance that I listened to on audio narrated by Liam DiCosimo and Tim Paige. This is the first book in the Off The Field Duet.

This is the first book of Kimberly and Rachel's that I have read, and it won't be my last. I was pulled in from the first chapter and couldn't wait to see what was going to happen next. I am loving the chemistry between Aron and Drew. I really enjoyed getting both of their points of views throughout the book. It really brought the story to life.

The book ended on a great cliffhanger that left me begging for more. I can't wait to read the next book in the series Outed to get the rest of their story.

Liam and Tim did an amazing job on the narration. They both really know how to bring a story to life. I look forward to listening to more of their work in the future.

I would recommend this book if you like MM romances, enemies to lovers romances, or sports romance.

Bi-awakening sports romance

New to me authors Kimberly and Rachel really delivered on this wonderful engaging enemies to lovers sports romance. Drew and Aron were both intriguing characters, and i always find bi-awakening love stories fascinating. There is also a lot of growing up and new found self awareness going on with these 2 men that were refreshing. Romance and passion, Liam and Tim did a great job narrating this story and bringing these characters to life. Cant wait to listen to Outed!

Huge cliffhanger

OMG!! What a great story. First time gay, sports romance. The writing is spot on and very entertaining. The narration is what brings this book to a whole different level. I can't wait to see what happens in the next book.

I want more Aron & Drew!

I say I hate a cliffhanger but there is something about the anticipation of a cliffhanger that I love. I might be odd, but it is like there is still an entire world to discover for characters you have fallen in love with. It isn't a for sure ending but it is an ending you have to earn...

And speaking of earning, these boys had to earn my love. Okay, well not Drew I adored him from the start and then I wanted to strangle him and then I adored him all over again. Aaron though, baby I wanted to get my hands around his throat and not in the good way. He was so obtuse to what was right in front of him, and it wasn't until it was literally right there in his face that a light bulb went off.

Two baseball players from different teams who despise one another are thrown together and are expected to work together as a team to get through the season. Except hate isn't always as simple as it seems and as Aaron and Drew are tossed together repeatedly the tension rises. The fire intensifies until everything starts to burn hotter as they come together.

Truly, I adored Traded, but this was only a miniscule part to the story of these boys, and I want so much more. I know that the second half of their story is coming in Outed but I feel like I have no idea what is still to come.

Tim Paige and Liam DiCosimo outdid themselves on narration! Tim is one of my go to narrators but Liam DiCosimo was a new to me narrator and I can't wait to hear more from him starting with Outed book two in the Off the Field Duet.

Awesome Story & Narration🎧Steamy & Captivating!

This fantastic enemies to lovers sports romance grabbed my attention right from the start and held it the entire book. It is the first book in a duet so it leaves you hanging and wanting more, I hope the second book is out on audio soon because I need to know what happens next for these two characters, Aron Parker and Drew Rockland. They are major league baseball players on opposing teams, Drew, the veteran of the two, loses his cool and slams Aron with a pitch that turns in to a brawl and then a suspension for both of them. But that is not the worst of it, mid-season trades bring them to the same team, at the same time and wind up having to share the same apartment. The timing of the trade worked out well for Drew since he just ended things with his girlfriend, Jasmine, after walking on her cheating on him. What he wasn’t expecting was this mad attraction he felt towards Aron, with Aron feeling the same. It was great watching these two navigate their bi-awakening and relationship, and watch it grow the more they got to know each other and stopped denying their feelings. It was all new, and they were keeping it to themselves, but when Drew’s past comes back to haunt him he is not sure how he wants to handle it and Aron, who has some issues, makes his feeling known about it. This is a fast-moving story, the plotting and pacing is great and it has the perfect balance of drama, angst, heartfelt emotions and steamy romance. Kimberly Knight and Rachel Lynn Adams, thank you for this great story and emotional rollercoaster ride.

🎧📚🎧 And for the wonderful narration, Liam DiCosimo and Tim Paige were the perfect cast to bring these characters and their story to life. These two made a great team and their performance knocked it out of the park. Their portrayal of the characters was spot on and they set the perfect tone for the story, captured all the character’s emotions and projected them into their performance. They are entertaining storytellers and a pleasure to listen to. Thank you for another fabulous listen.

Starts a Little Different for a Typical MM

This way my first read for both authors, but not my first audiobook performed by these two narrators together. This is the first book of the Off the Field duet, and there is a cliffhanger, but I believe second book is already available (book and audiobook). Tim and Liam always do a nice job, but sometimes when Liam's voice changes for other characters, he sounds a lot like Tim.

I'm a fan of enemies to lovers and love baseball, and this is the first baseball sports romance I've enjoyed. I was surprised that the authors were able to use actual MLB team names. The heroes, Drew and Aron, initially play for different teams and end up the same team shortly after an on field fight. What I loved is how the author's addressed this because really what organization is going to take that on. While this book is labeled as MM, it's more of coming to the realization that they're bi, which is a tiny, but nice curveball (see what I did there, lol) to the typical MM storyline. Aron starts off as the typical misogynist, but is slowly redeeming himself. His backstory doesn't fully excuse his previous behavior, but as he opens up, there is an understanding. Drew is his exact opposite in every way attitude wise in regards to women. The secondary characters play a role in moving the story forward and there isn't any of the extra fluff that can happen when there are a lot of moving parts to a story. Both heroes have different backstories and because they are just discovering this part of themselves, I'm curious to see how the second book plays out.

Baseball GFY romance

The story was average, not captivating to me. The MCs were about the same each one, no 1 had a girlfriend and no2was gay and fell for no 1. The twist with the pregnant girlfriend was an out-of-leftgield twist, pun intended. All in all it kept me listening enough, so I gave it a 4 star rating. I’m going to listen to Outed now, to see how the story ends. 🌹

Good lawd somebody turned up the HEAT!!!

I originally read this series, and I needed the audio asap. This is the first MM book I read, and now I'm going down a rabbit hole and can't stop. I've been missing out on this kind of trope. Drew and Aron ❤️ The spice in this one is 🔥 The connection is 🔥 Do yourself a favor and give this one a try.
