Fitness after 40!

Everyone is scared to be 30, 40, 50 etc but it's because they are not stretching being active and have the right nutrition that is why they feel like it gets harder. This book can walk you through stretches and fitness so that your not lost on what to do. It gives soo many helpful tips and also helps us understand why certain things happen after menopause. Great Book!

All encompassing guide to overall health for sure

Like many men who came before me, at about 35 I started noticing my body not responding physically the way I remembered, lol. But hell no i am going to stay young forever and started a health journey to better my life and I’m thankful to have found this audiobook. So much good info and insight. I will definitely recommend!

Great Nutritional Information!

Wow this book! An amazing read. The author has put in great effort in summarizing all the queries people often encounter when they start to take care of their physical health. I love how author encourages people to focus on their eating habits in terms of nutrition after 40. The soft voice of narrator is so mesmerizing that it gets so interesting to listen to the tips, meal recipes author shares. It's never too late to focus on your physical health and adapt a healthy lifestyle including exercises. Highly recommended for people heading towards their 40's. The book has great ideas for people who are physically compromised and are in ambiguity whether to exercise or not!

Great book about health as we get older.

I enjoyed listening to this book. A lot of great info and very pertinent information. Was hoping it would come with a pdf download as the book mentions “read below” quite a few times. This is a must listen/read for anyone caring about their health. The recommendations Nick makes are easy to implement immediately!

Amazing resource for fitness

I'm a big fan of this author. These audiobooks are so filled with important information that NO ONE is talking about. Fitness and diet requirements change so much as we age, and I (personally) am glad I know where to focus my energies. Powerful stuff. And the narrators are awesome, as well. This is a great deal.

Fantastic fitness book for adults!

Motivating yourself to keep up with health and exercise in your 40s can be a real challenge.

Fortunately this book gives you all the tools and tricks you need to finally get off the couch, build a plan, and start a successful health routine, including positive eating habits and building an exercise routine that works for your individual needs.

Aside from the great content, the narration is fantastic! Super motivating and keeps you engaged throughout the book.

Great information!

So I’m approaching 40 and I think about my health deteriorating often. This audiobook answered a lot of my questions and gave me the confident to push forward as if I was still in my 20s. Not only does it gives detailed information about the body 40 and above, the author gives psychological support as well!

Fitness Doesn't Just Happen After 40.

There are two books here: one that focuses on fitness; My body is generally less efficient as I age. I am more confident about the way I look when I do weight training. I feel stronger when improving my balance and when the efficiency of my heart and lungs are improved. I want all the benefits of exercise. I choose how fit I am. This book shows me how to increase fitness levels safely as an older woman. It shows me the intricacies of exercise. It explains what's happening and how to do it for the best results. Meal suggestions are provided as well as daily exercise drills and suggestions. This book will no doubt get you fit if you act, ie.

The second book talks about what we eat and our mindset with regard to our food habits and life. Food habits come from what we mimic in childhood. Feel more in control and understand your general food habits, the impact of stress, appreciation, and more after listening to this book. It is straightforward and easy to make sense of. I recommend it.

Immensely helpful!

Author has made it clear that he wants to help me and be every step of the way in changing my attitude with healthy eating, and I’m glad to say that this bundle has really made its mark on me.
