OVER THINKERS LISTEN UP
If you are an overthinker like me, it’s time you invested in this audiobook. I didn’t feel alone anymore after listening intensely. Each chapter gave insight and advice for overthinkers. This book taught me different techniques and exercises, like yoga and meditation, to silence the unnecessary thoughts crowding and clouding my mind. I don’t feel like I’m some crazy nut job! I feel heard and seen for the first in a long time. My relationships with both family and friends are stronger and healthier. I greatly appreciate this audiobook and hope it can help someone else silence the overthinking.

Great tips, good delivery!
There are a lot of good tips and this audiobook definitely opens up new perspectives for people who might not have thought of it in certain ways. I think the narrator had a clear, concise voice very appropriate for the topic at hand. Very good advice for people who might be overthinkers in general.

helpful guide to relationship insecurity
This was not just easy to listen to, but it was also helpful at every step. I've read a lot of books on relationships and find so many of them waste time on aspects that don't matter. This book had a very specific purpose and fulfilled it well. Highly recommend.

Uplifting & Very Helpful For Us Overthinkers
This is EXACTLY the kind of book I needed! If you're a terrible overthinker like me, I'm sure you'll find this book helpful & uplifting. In detail, it gets to the core of why we overthink, what can be done about it & how to be kind to ourselves & our loved ones in the process. It offers great & practical advice that I found myself taking mental notes of for future use.

Useful, Comforting, Inspiring
As someone who has a narcissist in their life, i found this book educational, comforting, and empowering. The narrator made me feel like I was having a conversation with a mentor or friend rather than listening to a book. The book itself provided great insight and techniques to help conquer anxiety when dealing with problems that arise in troubling settings. Thank you to the author for helping me through a hard time!
