My grandmother, Elena, was always so active. Then, she got osteoporosis. She became scared of falling. I wanted to help her feel strong again. Isabella's book felt like a helpful friend. It gives clear advice about bones. It talks about how to stay safe and strong. I felt like I could help my granny better.
It explained the tests for osteoporosis. I remember her worries when she had her tests. Now, my own doctor talked about bone density. I remembered the book's words. I understood the tests better. I felt less scared for myself. The book made medical terms easier to understand.

Taking back control
My favorite thing about this lovely title is that Isabella Harmony has sought to not only provide listeners with guidance in the field of nutrition (for their bones and more), proper supplements, exercise suggestions and more, but even goes so far as to educate the listener on just about every facet of osteoporosis one could imagine. I particularly liked how the author provided listeners with a ton of helpful hints and nods towards getting one’s living space into and area of safety. It’s also always lovely to hear of individuals accounts of getting their movement back to where they want it–it can be done!

I enjoyed this!
This audiobook was super helpful in understanding how to take care of your bones and stay strong. It explains osteoporosis in a way that’s really easy to understand, without using confusing medical words. To me, this was therapeutic because it gave clear steps on how to eat better, exercise, and make small changes at home to stay safe. I liked that it also talked about stress and how to stay positive while managing osteoporosis. The audiobook shares success stories too, which made me feel really inspired.

The discussion about managing stress and staying positive was a nice touch, and hearing success stories really lifted my spirits. Aracelis Gotay did a wonderful job with the narration, making it easy to listen to. I'd recommend this audiobook to anyone newly diagnosed or feeling overwhelmed by osteoporosis management.
