Empowering & Inspiring!
In this beautifully produced audiobook, Terri Sterk gives us an engaging and comprehensive guide to breast cancer recovery. She shows us how to thrive, covering everything from managing stress, healing strategies, and how to find purpose and personal transformation after breast cancer.
What sets this book apart from the rest aide from the obvious passion of the author and the engaging practical advice is the survivor stories. I found them to be the most authentic and uplifting section of the book. If you yourself are struggling with breast cancer or know someone who is, this book is the perfect companion for your recovery journey. It's inspiring, actionable, uplifting, and empowering. Highly Recommend!

Anazing and empowering resource!
This book is really empowering and inspiring, while being grounded. The author is a 2x breast cancer survivor who also ran support groups for years, giving her a unique perspective that allows her to really understand what people with cancer are going through. I like that the tone is friendly, with powerful advice. It isn't about just surviving, but thriving. She gives many tips to help people find what works for them. I wish I had been able to share this with a family friend when she was going through this!
