Story
The First Book of David is a unique novel which brings to life one of the greatest men who ever lived - David the King of Israel. It movingly takes one back in time to see the mighty man and his world through the eyes of his contemporaries, some of which are Samuel, Abner, Michal, Abishai, Abiathar, and even Goliath's armor bearer. It answers why David is so endearingly referred to as "a man after God's own heart". Though we know the story, The First Book of David is hard to put down.

Great book on Doctrine!
The problem with this audiobook was that I found myself trying not to listen to all of it in just one sitting. The content is not only that good, but that it’s present in such a concise manner that it will give you everything you need, and nothing you don’t.
If call yourself a Christian, you need this book. If you are not an Apostolic Pentecostal, you need this book. If you are either, you need this book too. This is a masterpiece of theological writing. Every doctrine that is presented has plenty of Scriptures supporting them.
For such an important subject, the writing style is very good, the choice of narrator enhances the experience. Thanks brother Nix for such a wonderful and needed product for Christians everywhere!
