Problems arise when our perception of the dream becomes clouded with negativity, drama, and judgment (of ourselves and others), because it's in these moments of suffering that we have forgotten that we are the architects of our own reality and we have the power to change our dream if we choose.

Great information!!!!
the author does an amazing job of identifying unproductive moments in your day that could be utilized for moments of mindfulness. she also gives you ways to spread your mindfulness practices to others, like starting a mindfulness circle of friends and/or colleagues.
I'm a long time, albeit imperfect, meditator, and I found this to be a useful listen. I also don't think it would require any meditation experience to get use from this book!
