The sleep hypnosis audiobook is a great book. It's more than just a way to help you sleep, with stories like "The Cozy Cloud-Bed" and "Rainbow Bridge" and relaxing storytelling, this collection is a way to escape every night into deep relaxation. A Soothing Escape with Deep Hypnosis

I’ve listened to each of the audiobooks in this deep hypnosis bundle before, but having them all together is even more powerful. Last night, I found myself awake with stress (still navigating life after leaving a toxic relationship), so I went downstairs and played the music and sounds from this bundle. Finally a good night sleep

I have had lots of trouble sleeping and was looking for a way to help that was not medication. I found this audiobook and started listening to it each night, and after a few nights I can definitely see a difference in my ability to fall asleep and stay asleep. My awake time is so much better. I loved this 3 in 1

I loved this 3 in 1 audiobook. First it's long enough to last the whole night. Second the voice and sounds are nice and soothing. I will definitely be playing this one over and over to be to feel better and relax my racing mind.
