These 2 books are a powerhouse of knowledge & inspiration.
This Author does a thorough job of assessing the need for both physical & mental health, which are the invaluable “ two pillars “ on which a fulfilling life sits.
Reader will be deftly led through core life skills such as self-awareness, goal-setting, establishing a growth mindset, self-nurturing. Affirmations & Valuable guidance are also given on overcoming body image issues.
I especially liked the insightful questions
/ quiz which is presented as a tool for self-assessment. Last chapter successfully wraps up with steps achieve resilience.
I highly recommend these books to anyone seeking ways to empower their mind & their body, & elevate their life.

The pdf Accompanying this 2in1 is a great way for checks and balances of yourself as you read through Part 1. A great tool to have and great bonus!

As we progressed into the second part of "Two Pillars Power Pack," a step-by-step guidance is broken into digestible information and empowerment. The steps of acceptance in Step 1 was a good start to Acknowledging the Struggle. Celebration of my successes have always been a challenge, but was encouraged to do so. What helped was Step 3 Cultivating Self-Compassion and Mindfulness, I tend to be too hard on myself but am more gentle with others and should be the same for myself. As mentioned in the audio, I should practice the kindness for myself as I do to others. Step 4 Unraveling Negative Thought Patterns was a goldmine for me as well, I can downspiral quickly. As stated, "Negative thought patterns have a dominoe effect." My other take away was Step 7: Embracing Body Acceptance And Positivity. These three steps alongside the rest of the steps helped me cultivate a pillar of empowerment for not only my body image, and mind, but overall well-being. I highly recommend the listen to anybody seeking to reframe their perception of self all around.
