I am overcome with internal "yes"-es, as per usual when I listen to Kelly. I often wonder how the hell she knows all my s***t!
I particularly love her confessions (but of course, it helps me diminish my own shame!), which are a testament to her commitment to the never-ending workload before us (all)

Absolutely enlightening and Life changing!
I love that kelly is the one narrating it. I loved listening to her. I went through SA as a child and there were things i was never able to understand or process my body was covered in shame. Her ideas of leaning into your fantasies and releasing shame, sitting with the discomfort, self husbanding, wearing your villain crown proudly was absolutely life changing for me! THANK YOU Kelly Brogan for this masterpiece.
Every woman (and honestly man too) do yourself a favor and read this jewel. She speaks tough truths that we need to hear and face and would make us better not only as human beings in relationships but a better and healthier society as a whole. Doing the work is painful and hard, but isn’t staying the same more painful…?

Powerfully liberating tangible steps
First off, I love Kelly’s voice narrating the book. She is smart, funny, and a wonderful storyteller. The book offers tangible tools and insights to become more embodied and to reclaim the desire and pleasure that is rightfully ours. I have the book on repeat to glean every morsel of beautiful wisdom and inspiration. Thank you Kelly, for living a life so authentic and vulnerable that we may be inspired to do the same.

Badass Brogan wisdom served here
Read.This. I feel the wisdom being passed down in her words. Thank goodness for her willing to step into her power and write this. Be open to a different point of view than what women have been force fed.
