About this listen

“The answer to your question will be revealed on the Lunar Eclipse. But when discovering the truth, do not let the shadows take you.”

Hell Week has begun.

Senior students have been tasked with making the freshmen's lives pure torture as we prepare to face The Reckoning—the assessment that will decide whether we stay at Zodiac Academy or lose our places here forever.

With the Lunar Eclipse on the horizon, my sister and I have more to worry about than just passing our exams.

A dark plot is unfolding and the shadows are drawing closer. It looks like our enemies could be more powerful than we ever realised.

Damn, who would have thought being a princess would be this hard?

Adapted from the novel and produced with a full cast of actors, immersive sound effects and cinematic music!

Performed by Khaya Fraites, Jessica Schly, Gregory Linington, Julian Dailey, Jon Vertullo, Ryan Dalusung, Gabriel Michael, Nora Achrati, Shravan Amin, Kelly Baskin, Matthew Bassett, Lise Bruneau, Michael John Casey, Colleen Delany, Kaylee Eluvian, Karenna Foley, Amanda Forstrom, Bradly Foster Smith, Michael Glenn, Laura C. Best book in series so far

The plot is finally plotting. The twins finally find their order and watching their revenge play out is entertaining and hilarious.

Great story, terrible editing!

I love the graphic audios but this one had so many mistakes! Different voices, wrong character voices and bad mic in random lines. Love the story thou!

Graphic Audio does it again!

I already loved this series so much, but Graphic Audio transcends the story to another level. The voice acting and production are always so well done.
I can not wait for the rest of this series to come out by GA.

Graphic Audio proof listen before publishing!

I already read the story but I love GA so wanted to experience the story this way also. I hope the long delays are b/c of what happened with this one won’t happen again. As stated in another review. Max narrator read Caleb’s line and vice versa and Torys narrator read Darcys line. Considering GA doesn’t tell you who talking this is a big no no b/c how does this even happen? Not going to reduce stars for that but I hope this and the random mic issues sounding distant or played by someone else possibly don’t continue to happen as the series progresses. GA I hope you do better ZA fans deserve better for how long we wait for these releases and in parts. TY

Really odd editing choices for adaptation

I'm usually pretty supportive of GA's choices for dramatizing but I agree with the ZA fans here - this one really missed the mark in terms of QA.

I was trying to use these to introduce myself to the story, but now I'm pretty sure I'll need to stick to the books since this version skips *SO* much. The nail in the coffin for me was the haunted tower scene. I had no idea what was going on *at all*. It was just a bunch of random noises that did not convey what was going on during that scene at all. Luckily the books are in KU and I was able to actually read the chapter for context.

I'm unsure how much I'll end up needing to reread just to understand the story here, but I'll be trying to read ahead at a minimum before listening to any future GA adaptations. It's just too risky to not know what's going on.

Awful editing

The story is great and was looking forward to it but the editing on this was really awful.

Narraration

The improvements on the narration from the dramatized version since the 1st book are very noticeable. I definitely enjoyed this book much more. I still hope there will be a recast (or dramatic change) for Geraldine and Catalina's characters in the next book, since that's when it's going to become more important.

Excellent story and storytelling!!!

I have been waiting for part 2 of the reckoning like a little kid! The evening before it was released, I actually felt giddy and like Santa was coming to town!!! The story is just amazing. I love the actors and their interpretation. Yes, there were a few editing issues as the previous reviewers have stated, However, I am willing to overlook because the vibes were definitely Vibing!!! Thank you GraphicAudio. 🎉
