Succinct, Motivating and Thought Provoking
Would you consider the audio edition of The Real Estate Sales Secret to be better than the print version?
Best to think about and listen to while in traffic. I was able to stop it and consider the analogies and concepts. I could pause and ponder.
Who was your favorite character and why?
My favorite character was the powerful description of the Grandma which reminds us all why making time with family is so important. More important than work.
Have you listened to any of Sean Patrick Hopkins’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
No.
What’s an idea from the book that you will remember?
If we work efficiently we should have more time for the more important things in life like family and play.
Any additional comments?
Any time a book can help my attitude, productivity and outlook I think it's well worth the money. Parker has an energetic way of motivating us to "ramp" up and be our better selves versus just chugging along in our same old patterns.

What made the experience of listening to The Real Estate Sales Secret the most enjoyable?
The audio version adds tremendous value,and it increases exponentially the impact of the books content, which is NOT dry, tedious prescriptions for real estate agents...it's about creating the passion and commitment to achieve at the highest levels...that is why the audio format better captures this passion, drive and magic listing technique bullets,so wonderfully articulated by the narrator...

A motivational guide for Real Estate Sales
This is one of the few audio books that I will probably listen to over and over again. I felt like Matt was personally coaching me on how to succeed with real estate. He provided some great insight and delivered it in such a way that it kept me engaged and interested throughout the content.
