Penny Troyer rarely disobeys her parents. First I must mention that you need to read these books in order. Unlike so many other series that aren't connected at all, I like it this way. Overcoming life's obstacles, kept my attention to the end. I'm really enjoying this new author I've found. And the narrator gives a wonderful performance.
