It's a pretty good book. definitely liked it. better than the second book however I understand that he's antisocial, but I'd like to see him at least try and have some conversations. he only ever talks to the viper and even then the writer will just be like and they talked for a little while. like I don't care if it takes a whole chapter. give me full conversations. don't give me brief paragraphs on what they talk about. hopefully with the conference between the cities this is resolved but I doubt it

The series is great. The main character is overpowered but that’s because he actually works for it. Excluding his bloodline, it’s a major advantage but he still works on bettering himself.

Most of the characters actually have a personality and the action is top tier.

Love the series and can’t wait till book 4

I’ve been listening since book one and it’s one of the few books that actually holds your attention

While I really enjoyed the progression in town/skills/classes, this arc focuses narrowly on Jake. I miss some of the variety and depth of characters presented in the earlier books of the series

I enjoyed this book, and I still enjoy the series. I have to give this book for stars because I thought it was a little bit too wordy, too much sex position. The character of Jake is a little bit one dimensional. Yes, we know he’s antisocial, but his character needs to grow. There could’ve been some more emphasis on action instead of stats and alchemy. I know this is part of the core of the series, but there should be more balanced. now unfortunately, I have to wait for the next book in the series.

Title says it all.This was a fantastic LitRPG with a quick but relatable main character, world development, and whatnot.

Wow this one was the best so far. Lots of action and plot progression. My only gripe is that the stats need to be condensed. I found myself skipping 2 minutes ahead on audible constantly just because a single skill or mod changed. I think it would be a good idea to put them at the end of the chapter and just say - skip to next chapter like how "Everybody loves large chests did"

After getting hooked when William was introduced in Book 1 I have been excited to constantly keep going the mysterious masked man role is very fun and I love Hawky and Misty soon as there was introduced I was expecting for a Beast Tamer class to show. my only dislike is that I will finish Book 4 and have to wait for Book 5 it feels like I'm watching my favorite show and having to wait a year before I even here the release of the next season
