Players Plate- Authentic and Balanced
Overall, this book was a phenomenal listen. I am probably not the intended audience for this book because I do not have one iota of athleticism in my body. However, I am a huge fan and supporter of both Emily Cole and her Hustle and Harmony podcast she hosts with her Sister Julia. Emily’s authenticity is refreshing and it was amazing to hear the book in her voice
This book was a great introduction to sports nutrition and was bolstered by experts and extensive research. This book has helped reorient some of my relationship with food in a more positive manner. I would recommend this book for young athletes tenfold.
