Interesting
I enjoyed hearing her story and suggestions. I think I need to do a couple rounds of purging, as it is then clearer what can be let go with less “pain”. I’d like to see an accompanying list of specific resources from which to get free items, which she only generally mentions at one point. (And I disagree that hair color is a necessity 😂, but if it makes you feel good, and it’s not replacing nourishing your body, great! ;-) )
