I love all the Christine Bennett Mysteries and the New Year's Eve Murder is no exception. Invited to a New Year's Eve party at a friend's house, Chris and her husband, Jack and baby, Eddie spend the night there, only to find that during the night a woman has gone missing. Eventually Chris finds the woman murdered in a heinous way. I am always surprised at what Chris learns and how she finds the killer. Never saw it coming. Great tale and conclusion.
