The book is a good one!
This book makes you think, makes you accountable, it makes you sweat. Bonnie Wan narrates her personal story and how her life, moved, shifted and changed with use of this Life Brief. The more you read, the more you write, thing in front of you start to align. You can see your life/work/school/family in different ways, ways that bring you joy, you will have the tools to fix what could be broken. It is empowering and truly a joyful reading/working experience.

Great step-by-step guidance accompanied by storytelling.
Bonnie, bravo! Thank you for bringing your personal and relatable stories to the world. Your coaching, guidance and tools taken from what exists already today, and turning it into a “how-to” achieve what’s truly important to each person that reads this book is fantastic! And all in service to a path to true authenticity of the person and a person’s closest partner in life. You guidebook to stripping away the filters and natural human messiness that holds many back is excellent.
