Great encouragement and enlightenment

Many of us over age 60 would love to see the effects of time diminished in our bodies, have more energy, and like the image in the mirror a bit more. Comprehensive and Informative

I was very impressed by this audiobook, as it offers a very wide and detailed range of content in relation to the subject of aging. It is clear that the author is well experienced in the subject and how done thorough research on the science of aging and the preventive strategies to minimise it.

I particularly enjoyed the chapters on the secrets of super-agers and the science of aging, as this presented me with examples and an understanding of why some of us look old and feel older than others. I found this fascinating and appreciate the effort the author has made to present this information.

Other subjects in the book I found interesting were anti-aging supplements, the importance of meaningful connections, and earthing. I probably enjoyed the the content on earthing the most, as I had heard a little about its benefits but never really looked into it further. After listening and being educated by this book on how beneficial it can be for aging and other health markers, I will definitely be making time to do it more often.

Overall, great book, and a must-listen for everyone.

Needed to Hear It

I am only 38, but I feel like I'm over 50, so the information in this book still applies. Because of my past and current medical history, the strategies discussed in this book are essential because I want to age gracefully and become a super-ager. In this book, I learned the importance of keeping the mind and body engaged as well as taking care of myself instead of focusing on the more superficial aspects of aging. Less anti-aging products and more living!

Great guidebook to Vitality!

Love this concept! This book is a great read packed with information on health and vitality.

I enjoy the suggestions for changing lifestyle habits. My favorite part was the 7 things to do to add years to your life.

Give Back to Yourself at your Age

Many of us give and give for most of our lives to family, work, and others. As we age, it becomes important to give back to ourselves by taking the time to do what makes us happy and destress. I wholly believe in David's message in the book and Duane's narration of taking care of ourselves in our latter years by taking the time and giving us the skills to age like super-agers.

For many of us living in the concrete jungles, I find Earthing a necessity to bring back youth. We used to play outside all day when we were young, get dirty, and laugh. I always find satisfaction in taking care of my roses and going for walks in the forest trails nearby.
