About this listen

I was a Hunter, and I honored the Code. For my services to humanity and for leading a "proper" life, I was to be rewarded. A new life after death, and a new world to give me some well-deserved rest.

But something went wrong. Once again, I must fight. The Monsters that face me here are far more terrifying than those of my past life. They are cleverer, crueler, more unpredictable. And their name is . . .

Good one

Really liked the story even if the MC couldn't go without mentioning his past life for even 5 minutes it was getting a little annoying

A good setup going forward

It's a good start to a series just remember this is something that is set in russiansociety the mindset That the person is a male and so their thoughts on gender and sexuality he's very much a part of the story as well as money That the person is a male and so their thoughts on gender and sexuality he's very much a part of the story as well as money

poor story basis and poor narrator

I have more than a few titles, and this is the first time that 3 chapters of the narrator were enough to almost cancel my subscription.
listed to the preview a couple times to make sure you can stand the voice for that long.
Buyer beware!
my only real regret is paying money and not a credit so I can't return!

Great start for a new series! Gets you involved and ready for the next book!

When getting your reward for your past life is a weak version of the last one, how do you make it better?

A fun progression hero story

I enjoy the world and character. I gave it a 4 because of the adult content

Good Start

Not much to say overall, it was a good book. It was a good start to series, and the writing was quite good. I do find the ending a bit of a letdown. I kind of dislike stories that feel they have to end on a cliffhanger in order to draw you into the next book .

MC makes me cringe!

This book had potential to be good. The prose is decent and the beginning was pretty cool but then the main character just has be be an complete ass. He is someone who takes himself way too serious and doesn't think much of the opposite sex.

To him woman are nothing but conquests and his cringey dialog makes me think the author has never talked to a woman before in his life. This is painful because there are so many elements to this book that are cool but for some reason the author had to ruin it with his shitty MC. He has no charm, no wit, and for sure no fucking game.
