About this listen

For three heroes, the past is about to come back to hunt them.

A renegade warrior, a mystic exile, and a magic-wielding soldier are on the run. Their enemies are closing in. Some want to control them, some want to rob them, and others just want them dead.

In a land of monsters and renegades, their one hope for survival may be an ancient device of evil, the long-lost Grieving Tree....

The setting in Droaam was superb, what a intriguing realm for the characters to visit and explore. The writing and storyline matured and got more dramatic and intense since the first book. The characters are developing into much stronger and interesting roles. The betrayals and twists and turns and unexpected allies that come aboard during this novel are great. Awesome book.

I enjoyed the story but The narrator is bad and it diminished my enjoyment. He should just stick to reading and work on pronouncing the words correctly. The second series narrator was awesome and can do each character. Please have him redo this series!
