Mikael Blomkvist is trying to reach Lisbeth Salander—the fierce, unstoppable girl with the dragon tattoo. He needs her help unraveling the identity of a man who died with Blomkvist's phone number in his pocket—a man who does not exist in any official records and whose garbled last words hinted at knowledge that would be dangerous to important people. But Lisbeth has disappeared. She's sold her apartment in Stockholm. She's gone dark. She's told no one where she is. And no one is aware that at long last she's got her primal enemy, her twin sister, Camilla, squarely in her sights.

Another great adventure!

Although it is formulaic, the author has come up with fresh ways of getting the dynamic duo into perilous situations and finding new ways of snatching them out of the frying pan. Simon Vance is wonderful, as always, as the narrator. Keeping us informed and lending superior interpretations to the characters that inhabit this Nordic landscape.

Salander

Simon Vance is an amazing narrator! Not enough Elizabeth and way too much about the drama on Everest. Very disappointed!

this one just came off a bit dry... not as stimulating the other books... just seems to be missing something.

doesn't disappoint

I find it amazing that a story can keep you engaged from the first book until now. Even with the change in author. the story is dramatic drowning you in keeping you focused. I hated when it finished. I hope there is a new one. But I am okay with the ending. It peaceful and heart warming, It what I wished for her a chance.

Wow!

Really loved this new trilogy. I really hope there’s any trilogy as I don’t want this story to end

Loved revisit with familiar characters

Very quickly into the story. Read it all night! Although it feels shorter than previous books, it still made me want to grab a map to follow where the story took us

I miss Stieg Larrson!

I like the book but since Stieg Larsson died the books are just not the same. however I would rather have the series continue with someone else than not at all. and David does a really good job.

And Twice is the Only Way to Live!

Once again, David Lagercrantz does justice to Stieg Larsson’s legacy with this complex, tense, and compelling mystery adventure!

Mediocre - shouldn't have ignored reviews

Others gave this book low marks, but i enjoyed the last one by this author so i shelled out the bucks. If you like melancholy and meandering, this book is for you. It gets better about 2/3 in, but is slowwwww
