Johann, Brigitta, and many others return in this exciting sequel from Michael Young, author of The Canticle Kingdom and prequel The Canticle Prelude. Discover once again a world full of magic, danger, loyalty, and bravery, as they take on this new threat to save their home, other magical kingdoms yet unknown to them, and even our own world, in an adventure that takes place in post-World War II-era Germany, England, and across the very skies.

Hooked me in on First Page
This is an interesting book. It picks up from the first book. His brother is missing, their friends from the other realm come to visit but not use to human ways. It takes place during WWII. The Nazi's have taken over Berlin and the brother is in that area, which makes no since. So they are off on an adventure to get to Berlin without getting caught by the Nazi and to save the missing brother.
I received this book in exchange for my honest opinion.
